This menu includes appetizer, main course and dessert. I will ask you to set your choice among the proposals below.

Foie gras terrine of duck, vegetables chutney and toast
Rolled vegetables with goat cheese “Brousse”
Tuna tataki in sesame crust, soya & Ginger marinade
Carpaccio of scallops infused with lime & fennels

Duck fillet steack, pepper sauce, little potatoes roasted & vegetables
Bream fish fillet, black rice, lemon chantilly & vegetables
Scallops roasted, leeks just cooked, epeautre risotto & beurre blanc
Pork pig braised with onions, polenta, red wine sauce

Wherever possible, all products we offer are made on site with fresh graduates by cooks. We can offer a surcharge formula at 11 € per person including :
– A welcome drink, with one half- bottle of still or sparkling water per person , 1 bottle of wine for 3 (Côtes du Rhône ) and coffee. Valid for 12 or more according to availability. Deposit of 30 % of the amount TTC when booking
